The National Coalition for Homeless Veterans (NCHV) is a local resource and technical assistance center for homeless veterans.

The National Coalition for Homeless Veterans (NCHV) is a local resource and technical assistance center for homeless veterans.
  • The Salvation Army USA - Offers a range of veteran services, providing comfort, support, counseling, and a home to veterans in need. The Salvation Army provides homeless veterans with shelter, a hot meal, help finding employment, and a fresh start.
  • Catholic Charities USA - Provides help and hope to people across the country, regardless of their faith, who are struggling with poverty and other complex issues. Catholic Charities USA helps people in need through advocacy, affordable housing, disaster relief, integrated health, food and nutrition, and other services to change the course of poverty.
  • Veteran Matters - Helps house homeless veterans and their families who qualify for the VA HUD/VASH housing voucher program. Veterans Matter is a nationwide program allowing homeless veterans to get housed in literally minutes rather than the 30 to 60 days normally required to obtain the deposit.
  • Veterans & Community Housing Coalition  -  Provides housing and support services to all homeless military veterans and their families and to advocate on behalf of all military veterans and their families and to provide housing opportunities for low income households.

  • Feeding America  -  Helps provide meals to people in need through a network of food banks and helps address root causes of hunger. Feeding America is a nationwide network of domestic food banks distributing meals through food pantries and meal programs throughout the United States.

The Red Cross, also known as The American National Red Cross, is a humanitarian organization that provides emergency assistance, disaster relief, and disaster preparedness education in the United States.
